Clay McNaught

Clay McNaught is the co-managing member of Shaddock & McNaught, LLC. His personal attention to detail and customer service are the attributes that have helped to achieve success for Shaddock & McNaught.

He worked for Caterpillar, most recently as Regional Sales Manager for 170 systems. Five years ago, Clay partnered with his close friend Peter Shaddock to start a custom homebuilding business. Their combined talents make this small custom family homebuilder unique and superior in many ways. Design, quality and customer service are this company’s focus.

With over 17 years in the construction and real estate industries, Clay McNaught is well known for his broad base of business experience. His care and concern for fine craftsmanship combines with his innate talent for sales, consulting, systems management and marketing. He has founded numerous successful sales organizations, and now brings his experience and talents to Shaddock & McNaught to help create and market luxury custom home designs like none other.

Clay is Vice President of the North Dallas Collin County Home Builders Association board, and also is a member of the board of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas and of the HBA government relations committee.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
