With renowned success as an industry builder, Peter has leveraged this expertise and experience to create an elegant high-end custom home company, Shaddock & McNaught, custom builders and developers. To date, Peter has built and closed over 1,500 luxury-custom homes in the Dallas metroplex, and with the addition of Shaddock & McNaught this number continues to increase.

Recognized as a leader in the building industry through his role as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, Peter received numerous industry awards, such as Builder of the Year presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, and the Grand Award presented by the Texas Association of Builders for two consecutive years.

He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Finance with Real Estate concentration.
