Timi Frazier
Operations Manager

Bringing twenty years of experience in custom home building to our group, Timi’s extensive knowledge of the industry is an asset to the company. Not only has she owned her own successful building company and built over 300 homes, but she has extensive experience in finance, sales, home design and customer service. She works “hands on” with our homeowners, sub-contractors and suppliers, and excels at finance and banker relations. At Shaddock & McNaught, she coordinates closings, and oversees accounting and purchasing. Her knowledge and experience in knowing how all the various aspects of the building process work make our team more efficient. As a “get the job done” type of person, she ensures the success of each custom home designed and constructed, as well as the homeowner’s satisfaction.

Timi received a BS in housing and design technology from the University of North Texas. She is working toward her Graduate Builder certification and has trained at numerous Lee Evans seminars.
