WE ARE
Peter Shaddock
Peter Shaddock is the Co-Owner, Co-Founder
and President of Sotherby Homes. He graduated from Texas Tech
University with BBA in Finance with Real Estate Concentration
1991. To date,
Peter has built and closed over 1,500 luxury-production homes
in the Dallas metroplex, with 2005 total revenues exceeding
$150MM. Peter is recognized as a leader in the building industry
through his role as President of the Home Builders Association
and has received awards such as Builder of the Year presented
by the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, and the
Grand Award presented by the Texas Association of Builders
for two consecutive years. Peter has leveraged his expertise
and experience to create a higher-end custom offering through
Shaddock & McNaught.
Clay McNaught
Clay McNaught started
his career in construction in 1993 after receiving
his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance
from Texas A&M University. Clay has
started a number of successful sales organizations
and
brings to the table 14 years of success in consultive
sales and marketing. |
